Prof. Dr. Tatjana Volkov-Husović is a full professor at the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, University of Belgrade, where she has been continuously employed since 1990 and has held the rank of full professor since 2012. She earned her BSc in Metallurgical Engineering, followed by an MSc (1994) and PhD (1999) in the field of refractory materials and thermal stability. Her academic and professional experience spans teaching at undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels, curriculum development, and extensive mentorship of doctoral, graduate, and undergraduate theses. Her research interests focus on materials science, particularly the synthesis, characterization, fracture resistance, thermal stability, and damage mechanisms of refractory and ceramic materials, as well as visual information quantification. Prof. Volkov-Husović has authored or co-authored 124 scientific documents, including high-impact journal papers, monographs, technical solutions, and a registered patent. According to Scopus (1997–2024), her work has received 1460 citations (excluding self- and co-author citations), with an h-index of 22. She has delivered plenary and invited lectures, served on scientific committees of numerous international conferences, and acted as a reviewer for leading journals and national and international research projects, including those of the European Commission. She has managed and participated in multiple scientific and engineering projects and actively contributes to standardization and accreditation bodies. Dr. Illa Ramakanth is a Senior Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Chemistry, School of Advanced Sciences, VIT-AP University, Amaravati. He earned his Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from IIT Madras and has over two decades of experience spanning teaching, research, academic leadership, and international collaboration. He has served in key administrative roles including Dean/Associate Dean (Academics), HoD, Program Chair, and Erasmus+ Coordinator, contributing significantly to curriculum development, quality assurance, and global academic partnerships. Dr. Ramakanth has held research and visiting faculty positions at leading international institutions in Europe, Africa, Australia, and North America, and has been instrumental in establishing MoUs with universities such as the University of Pretoria and Slovak University of Agriculture. His research interests include functional soft materials, self-healing hydrogels, electrochemical sensors, nanomaterials, organic–inorganic hybrid thin films, and green nanotechnology for sustainable applications. He has received multiple research awards from VIT-AP University, international fellowships including Erasmus+, and recognition from the Royal Society of Chemistry. He serves on editorial boards of reputed journals and actively reviews for high-impact publications. With an h-index of 4, 4 research documents, and 25 citations, Dr. Ramakanth continues to advance interdisciplinary chemical research while mentoring students and fostering global academic engagement.

Dr. Emad Ahmed Shalaby is a Professor of Biochemistry at the Faculty of Agriculture, Cairo University, Egypt, and an international expert in accreditation and quality assurance in higher education. He earned his B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Cairo University and completed postdoctoral research in Okinawa, Japan. His academic record includes 116 international publications, with 73 documents indexed in Scopus, an h-index of 25 and more than 2269 citations, and more reflecting significant global research impact. Dr. Shalaby has held key leadership roles including General Supervisor of Scientific Research Administration and former Executive Director of Cairo University Research Park, in addition to serving as Vice-Dean and quality consultant at national and international universities. His research interests span biochemistry, biotechnology, algal bioactive compounds, natural antioxidants, biodiesel production, and environmental biochemistry. He has supervised more than 500 graduation projects and contributed to the design and development of multiple academic programs. Among his notable honors are inclusion in the top 2% of global scientists (Stanford University ranking 2022–2024), the Cairo University Award for Scientific Excellence (2021), and the State Incentive Award (2013). Dr. Shalaby continues to advance scientific research, academic leadership, and international collaboration.

Prof. Dr. Tatjana Volkov-Husović is a full professor at the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, University of Belgrade, known for her contributions to materials science, particularly refractory materials, their synthesis, characterization, and thermal stability. She earned her BSc in Metallurgical Engineering, completed a master’s thesis on the thermostability of anisotropic refractory materials, and obtained a PhD focused on correlations between fracture resistance parameters and critical temperature differences in refractory thermal stability. Since joining the University of Belgrade’s Department of Metallurgical Engineering, she has advanced through all academic ranks and taught across all study levels, developing multiple courses and supervising extensive research, including six PhD dissertations. Her scientific portfolio includes  patent, supported by 1426 citations and an h-index of 22 then document is 123. She founded the Laboratory for Visual Information Quantification, participated in national accreditation processes, and actively contributed to scientific committees, international collaborations, and research project evaluations, including European Commission FP6 reviews.
